A happy combination of Infratherapy and Massotherapy
InfraDermology is a form of therapy used to treat cellulite. It is a combination of infratherapy followed by manual manipulation of the cellulite, done by a qualified massotherapist.
The infrared sauna emits infrared rays which raise the temperature of the organism. Perspiration occurs, efficiently eliminating toxins. The dislodging of the toxins permits the reduction of the cellulite.
Once the temperature has been raised, the client is treated with specific manual manipulations which help break up the cellulite into small pieces, that are then eliminated by the organism.

What are the treatments like?
To treat cellulite you must:
Massage, knead, and dislodge the cellulite
Follow a detoxicating cure
Use seaweed to increase the rate of detoxification
Correct nutritional errors
A typical session consists of 30 minutes of infratherapy and 60 minutes of treatment and consultation with a massotherapist.
What is the cost of a session?
A 90 minute session costs $75, and includes the infrared sauna and an hour with the massotherapist.
How many times will I need a treatment?
The situation varies from one person to another. A typical treatment plan is 10 sessions. After the 10 sessions, we will confer together, deciding on future sessions, depending on the need.
At what rhythm will I receive treatment?
Maximum, 2 times a week
Minimum, 1 time a week
Usually, there are 2 sessions a week for the first 2 weeks, after that, 1 session a week for the following 6 weeks.
What should I do at home?
Detoxication cure every evening after dinner.
After 2 weeks, take fucus and carragaheen, which are supplements made from seaweed extract.
Drink 10 glasses of water each day.
Keep a food diary ( we will go over it together at each session).
Change your nutritional habits, eliminating fats, sugars, and dairy products.
Exercise, to oxygenate the muscles and tissues. Ex. Walking, swimming, and bicycling.
Avoid coffee, tea, soft drinks, and cigarettes.
